Plain rings were also raised to a new record this morning by brands. SJC listed the price of gold rings at 122.5 - 125 million VND, an increase of 1.5 million VND in both directions. DOJI Gold and Gemstone Group bought and sold gold rings at 122.5 - 125.5 million VND per tael. At Phu Nhuan Jewelry Company (PNJ) and Bao Tin Minh Chau, the buying and selling price of plain rings increased to approximately 122.5 - 125.4 million VND per tael.
The price of gold bars and plain rings in Vietnam has increased continuously in the past 10 days, recording a faster increase than the world . In total, each tael of gold bars and rings increased by nearly 6 million VND per tael, equivalent to an increase of 4.5% in more than a week.
Precious metals on the international market also increased by more than 30 USD during the day and traded near the peak. At 10:00 a.m. Hanoi time, each ounce of spot gold was around 3,446 USD, converted according to Vietcombank's selling rate, equivalent to 110.1 million VND per tael. The difference in domestic and international gold bar prices this morning increased to 20.5 million VND per tael.
Domestically, silver bars also climbed to a new record this morning. Phu Quy Gold Investment Joint Stock Company listed silver prices at 1.52 - 1.568 million VND, up 2.5% over the past week. At Ancarat Precious Metals Joint Stock Company, silver bars rose to nearly 1.51 - 1.55 million VND per tael.
