Rice price today June 10: Raw rice price decreased

Rice prices today, June 10, 2025, in the Mekong Delta region fluctuated little. Domestic rice prices were relatively stable, fresh rice prices remained stable, and some raw rice products decreased compared to yesterday.

Regarding rice, according to the update from the Department of Agriculture and Environment of An Giang province, currently OM 380 raw rice has decreased by 100 VND/kg, fluctuating at 7,850 - 7,900 VND/kg; CL 555 raw rice has decreased by 100 VND/kg, fluctuating at 8,200 - 8,300 VND/kg; IR 504 raw rice has fluctuated at 7,900 - 8,000 VND/kg; 5451 raw rice has fluctuated at 9,450 - 9,550 VND/kg; OM 18 raw rice has fluctuated at 10,200 - 10,400 VND/kg; OM 380 finished rice has fluctuated at 8,800 - 9,000 VND/kg; IR 504 finished rice fluctuates at 9,500 - 9,700 VND/kg.

As for by-products, the prices of by-products fluctuate from 7,400 - 10,000 VND/kg. Currently, OM 504 broken rice fluctuates at 7,400 - 7,600 VND/kg; the price of bran fluctuates at 9,000 - 10,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday.

Recorded in localities today, the supply of 50404, OM 380 varieties is low, transactions are slow, while other types of rice fluctuate little compared to yesterday. In An Giang , buying and selling transactions are slow, few are difficult to buy, many warehouses offer to reduce prices for white rice and rice at normal prices. In Lap Vo (Dong Thap), the quantity is scattered, all types of rice are stable. In Sa Dec (Dong Thap), the supply is low, raw rice of all types is stable, transactions are slow.

Sa Dec market channel ( Dong Thap ), in terms of quantity, the market warehouse selects rice, purchases are slow, the price of rice of all kinds fluctuates little. At An Cu (Cai Be, Tien Giang), in terms of quantity, the price of rice of all kinds is stable, the buying and selling transactions continue to be slow.

At retail markets, the prices of all types of rice remained unchanged compared to yesterday. Currently, Nang Nhen rice has the highest listed price of VND28,000/kg; regular rice fluctuates at VND14,000 - 15,000/kg; Jasmine fragrant rice fluctuates at VND16,000 - 18,000/kg; common white rice fluctuates at VND16,000/kg; Soc rice often fluctuates at VND16,000 - 17,000/kg; long-grain fragrant rice fluctuates at VND20,000 - 22,000/kg; Huong Lai rice 22,000/kg; Nang Hoa rice 21,000/kg; Taiwanese fragrant rice 20,000/kg; Thai Soc rice 20,000/kg; Japanese rice 22,000/kg.

In many localities today, dry rice is traded slowly, prices are stable, while Summer-Autumn rice is traded slowly. In Hau Giang, farmers are offering Summer-Autumn rice with a downward trend, prices are little changed. In An Giang, farmers are offering Summer-Autumn rice in many areas, new transactions are slow, prices are stagnant.

In Kien Giang, the summer-autumn rice harvest is slow, there are few buyers, and rice prices fluctuate little. In Dong Thap, the rice harvest is slow, and new buying and selling transactions are slow. In Can Tho, traders are slow to ask for purchases, transactions are slow, and prices are relatively stable.

In the export market, Vietnam's rice export prices have fluctuated little compared to yesterday. According to the Vietnam Food Association (VFA), currently 5% standard rice is at 393 USD/ton; 25% broken rice is at 364 USD/ton; 100% broken rice is at 321 USD/ton.
