
Specifically, domestic coffee prices are currently trading in the range of 123,500-124,000 VND/kg.
In Gia Lai and Quang Ngai provinces, coffee is purchased at 123,800 VND/kg; in Dak Lak and Lam Dong provinces, it is at 124,000 VND/kg.
Similarly, today, pepper prices range from 143,000-146,000 VND/kg in key regions.

The highest price is in Dak Lak province at 146,000 VND/kg; followed by Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai at 144,000 VND/kg; and Gia Lai currently has the lowest price at 143,500 VND/kg.
Traders said that although transactions were quite quiet due to limited supply at the end of the season, high prices were bringing positive sentiment to farmers.
According to experts, the upward momentum is still there as transactions rush for the upcoming National Day holiday. The market is waiting for the Fed to cut the USD interest rate in September.
