The conference announced the Resolution of the 10th term Dong Nai Provincial People's Council, first session on the establishment of the specialized agency of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee after merging administrative units of Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc provinces according to the Resolution of the National Assembly on the arrangement of provincial-level administrative units.
Accordingly, 14 specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Dong Nai province were established, including: Department of Justice, Department of Industry and Trade, Provincial Inspectorate, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Construction, Department of Finance, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, Office of the Provincial People's Committee, Department of Health; Department of Education and Training; Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The resolution was approved and took effect from July 1, 2025.
The conference also announced the decision of the Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee on receiving and appointing leaders and managers at 14 specialized agencies under Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee after the reorganization.
Specifically: The Department of Science and Technology has 6 leaders, Mr. Pham Van Trinh holds the position of Director; the Department of Finance has 9 leaders, Ms. Truong Thi Huong Binh holds the position of Director; the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions has 7 leaders, Mr. Tran Thanh Hoa holds the position of Director; the Department of Home Affairs has 5 leaders, Mr. Nguyen Huu Dinh holds the position of Director; the Department of Agriculture and Environment has 7 leaders, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh holds the position of Director; the Department of Construction has 5 leaders, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan holds the position of Director; the Provincial People's Committee Office has 5 leaders, Mr. Nguyen Kim Long holds the position of Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee; the Department of Health has 9 leaders, Ms. Do Thi Nguyen holds the position of Director; the Department of Justice has 5 leaders, Ms. Pham Thi Bich Thuy holds the position of Director; the Department of Education and Training has 4 leaders, Ms. Truong Thi Kim Hue holds the position of Director; the Department of Industry and Trade has 6 leaders, Mr. Vu Ngoc Long holds the position of Director; The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has 7 leaders, Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Loan holds the position of Director; the Department of Foreign Affairs has 3 leaders, Ms. Huynh Thi Be Nam holds the position of Director; the Provincial Inspectorate has 4 leaders, Ms. Vo Thi Xuan Dao holds the position of Chief Inspector.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Ton Ngoc Hanh, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Dong Nai province congratulated the comrades on receiving the tasks, hoping that they would make efforts, unite to overcome the current difficulties, quickly integrate into life and work, and successfully complete the assigned tasks. At the same time, she requested the units to quickly arrange their operating apparatus, coordinate and accompany each other, and strive to complete the double-digit growth target of Dong Nai province.
