Comrade Bui Quang Huy was appointed Secretary of the Central Party Committee of the Youth Union for the 2025-2030 term.

With the spirit of "Solidarity, innovation, promoting the leadership role, building a clean and strong Central Party Committee; strengthening education , gathering young people, pioneering in the era of national development", the congress identified many targets with 3 important and breakthrough tasks in the new term.

Comrade Do Van Chien, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front attended the Congress of the Central Youth Union Party Committee.

Specifically, the Central Party Committee of the Youth Union will strongly innovate the Party's thinking and leadership methods, focus on comprehensively leading political tasks; improve the effectiveness and efficiency of direction.

In addition, the Central Party Committee of the Youth Union will build a team of cadres, party members, and youth union cadres at all levels with courage, capacity, and moral qualities, especially leaders of Party committees and units; focus on training and practice through practice, linking theory with action, saying goes hand in hand with doing, meeting the requirements of comprehensive digital transformation.

At the same time, the Central Party Committee of the Youth Union will effectively lead the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th Youth Union Congress; focus on strongly innovating the content and methods of operation of the Youth Union; deploying activities to promote the pioneering role of young people; activities to support young people in starting businesses, establishing careers, innovating, improving digital capacity, mastering science and technology, and integrating internationally.

At the congress, the Central Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union for the 2025-2030 term was introduced, consisting of 25 comrades. Comrade Bui Quang Huy, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central organizations, was appointed as Secretary of the Central Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union for the 2025-2030 term.
