The Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union guides its affiliated trade unions to promote propaganda about the historical significance of the Vietnam Women's Union Founding Day (October 20), about the fine traditions of generations of Vietnamese women; typical examples in the history of building and defending the country, promoting industrialization and modernization of the country.

In addition, promote good examples of good people and good deeds of the unit and the industry; promote the historical tradition, culture and development strategy of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group to continue to foster trust, patriotism, love for the industry and profession, encourage female workers and employees to promote the noble qualities of Vietnamese women...

Through many forms, organize female workers and civil servants to effectively participate in emulation movements such as promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; emulating good and creative workers; being good at public work and good at housework; recreating and fostering office culture.

In particular, trade unions at all levels need to pay close attention to understanding the living conditions, jobs, and circumstances of female workers and civil servants, especially after floods and natural disasters, to advise leaders on policies to support and help their families in the short and long term, especially the children of female workers and civil servants under 18 years old.

In addition, the Industry Union also organized dialogue conferences on building and implementing women's policies; seminars and talks on gender, gender equality, and innovation in the operation methods of the Committee for the Advancement of Women and the Women's Committee, etc.
