Giant lantern convoy in Tuyen Quang 'lies motionless' in storm and flood

TPO - Giant model lanterns - a familiar sight during every festival season. Thanh Tuyen, Tuyen Quang City, Tuyen Quang Province, wore raincoats to overcome the recent storm and flood.
