In the field of educational science and teacher training, the benchmark scores range from 21.63 to 29.06 points; in which, History Pedagogy has the highest benchmark score.
Many majors require over 28 points to pass, including: Political Education, Mathematics Education, Physics Education, Chemistry Education, Literature Education and Geography Education.
For majors that combine admission with aptitude test scores, the standard score ranges from 22.69 to 25.66 points.
The school conducts direct admission for candidates who are specified in the University Admission Regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training. After determining the number of candidates who are directly admitted, the school continues to consider the remaining quota for each major according to three methods: PT1, PT2, PT3. Notably, the school does not divide the quota separately for each method or each admission combination.
For each training program, all candidates are considered equally on the same general scale, ensuring the same level of meeting the input requirements, in order to select candidates with the best quality.
Admission scores (DX1, DX2, DX3) for each training program of Hanoi National University of Education are determined according to the wishes that candidates have registered on the School's Admissions Portal and on the General Admissions Support System of the Ministry of Education and Training.
For each training major, the admission system will automatically select the highest score among the considered scores (ie the most advantageous score, most beneficial to the candidate), plus regional priority points and policy subjects (if any) according to regulations, then consider from high to low until the quota of each major is met.
The admission score of a major or training program is understood as the threshold score (standard score) that candidates who have registered their wishes and met the input quality assurance threshold, if their scores are equal or higher, will be eligible for admission. The standard score is determined to ensure that the number of students admitted and enrolled is consistent with the approved training quota, and at the same time is not lower than the prescribed floor score.
For each major and training program, all candidates are selected equally and objectively based on the admission score and equivalent conversion score between admission methods and combinations; regardless of the priority order of registration wishes.
