After assessing the situation, the Hoi An Cultural Heritage Management and Conservation Center proposed a plan to support 25 relics and proposed to downgrade the category of 11 relics because they are no longer able to support them.

The Center has sent an official dispatch to the People's Committees of the central wards of the Old Quarter (Minh An, Cam Pho, Son Phong) to notify the owners of the relics to proactively take measures to inspect and support; continue to review relics at risk of collapse to promptly have appropriate plans.

Every year before the rainy and stormy season, the Hoi An Cultural Heritage Management and Conservation Center presides over and coordinates with localities and heritage conservation collaborators to review the list and survey degraded relics in the old town to implement flood and storm prevention work.
