In order to continue to effectively carry out the work of propagating, disseminating and thoroughly grasping official information on the policies and guidelines of the Party and State related to the situation and results of the implementation of documents of the Central and the province on the arrangement of the apparatus and administrative units; proactively grasp the public opinion situation, forecast risks, promptly identify and handle complicated issues that arise, ensure internal solidarity and unity in the process of arrangement, the new apparatus goes into smooth operation, improves efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission requests localities and units, based on their functions and tasks, to continue to lead, direct and organize the good implementation of documents of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee such as: Plan No. 176-KH/TU dated April 6, 2025 on the arrangement of administrative units at all levels and the construction of a 2-level local government model in the province; Plan No. 184-KH/TU dated April 23, 2025 on propaganda for the implementation of Conclusion No. 137-KL/TW dated March 28, 2025 of the Politburo and the Central Party Secretariat on the Project on rearranging and reorganizing administrative units at all levels and the model of organizing 2-level local government.

Strengthen official information, "green" positive information, contribute to strengthening people's trust, create social consensus. Actively fight and refute wrong, hostile views, distorting the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, especially fake news, false information on cyberspace about the organization and administrative units; promptly criticize the ideology of "being content", being afraid of change, avoiding responsibility, being passive, affecting the process of organizing and streamlining the organization of the political system.
