GRDP growth is estimated at 14.04%. Industrial production has maintained its growth momentum since the end of 2024. The value of industrial production (at current prices) is estimated at VND 398,764 billion, equal to 47.35% of the plan, up 26.67% over the same period last year.

Total budget revenue is estimated at VND16,980 billion, up 78.2% over the same period, equal to 93.6% of the annual estimate. Of which, domestic budget revenue is estimated at VND15,568 billion; revenue from import and export is estimated at VND1,412 billion.

14/16 revenue items reached over 50% of the estimate, of which 3 exceeded the estimate. Many important revenue items such as: Non-state tax; personal income tax; revenue from foreign-invested enterprises; land use fees reached high levels. 10/10 districts, towns, and cities had budget revenue estimated to reach over 50% of the estimate.

The direction of disbursement of public investment capital has been implemented vigorously. As of June 15 this year, the total disbursement value reached more than VND 3,080 billion, equal to more than 38% of the detailed capital plan. Agricultural production ensures progress and comprehensive growth. Trade promotion activities, especially lychee consumption promotion, continue to have many innovations with the proactive participation of localities. Lychee consumption is basically favorable, with stable prices.

Service industries recovered, import and export values maintained a good growth rate in the context of being affected by the global trade war. Cultural and social fields developed; social security work was effectively implemented. People's lives were basically stable; political security and social order and safety were ensured, traffic accidents decreased in all three criteria...

Discussing at the conference, delegates said that to achieve the above results, it was because from the beginning of the year, implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches and localities have focused on implementing tasks and solutions to promote socio-economic development.

At the same time, delegates voted to approve a number of draft documents: Report on the situation and results of citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement in the first 6 months of the year, tasks and implementation measures in the last 6 months of 2025; report on the results of anti-corruption and anti-negativity work in the first 6 months of the year, tasks and implementation solutions in the last 6 months of 2025; report on the situation and results of anti-crime and law violation work in the first 6 months of the year; tasks and solutions in the last 6 months of 2025; proposal to adjust the public payroll quota; Draft report reviewing the direction and administration of the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in the first 6 months of 2025.
