List of secretaries and chairmen of 129 communes and wards of the new Ninh Binh province

On June 30, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province held a ceremony to announce the resolutions and decisions of the Central and local governments on merging provincial and commune-level administrative units, ending the operation of district-level administrative units, establishing Party organizations, and appointing Party Committees, People's Councils, People's Committees, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of provinces, communes, and wards.

Accordingly, from July 1, the provinces of Ha Nam , Nam Dinh, and Ninh Binh officially merged into the new Ninh Binh province. After the arrangement, the new Ninh Binh province has an area of 3,942.62 km2, a population of 4,412,264 people, including 129 commune-level administrative units (including 97 communes and 32 wards).

Commune and ward leaders in Ninh Binh were given decisions on assigning new tasks.
