On August 21 and 22, Vinh Binh Commune Party Committee held the 1st Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term. In the 2020 - 2025 term, Vinh Binh commune has developed 157 new party members, reaching 104.6% of the target. The Party Committee maintains a clean and strong Party Committee; the rate of Party cells completing their annual tasks well is over 90%; the rate of Party members assessed as completing their annual tasks well is 90.6%.

The people's lives in the commune have improved, with average income per capita reaching 67.48 million VND/person/year, reaching 119.65% of the resolution. During the term, the commune invested in upgrading, expanding, and building 25 new roads, with a total investment of over 102 billion VND; 100% of hamlets have concrete roads to the commune center and meet the standards of new rural areas...
