HNP - On August 19, the Party Committee of Da Phuc commune solemnly held the 1st Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, marking an important milestone in the locality's development process.

The first Congress of the Da Phuc Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term is an important political event of special significance in determining the direction, goals, and strategic tasks for the new period. The Congress determined the consistent motto for the new term as: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development" and the theme: "Promoting revolutionary traditions, solidarity, and creativity; promoting science and technology, digital transformation, economic development, and fast and sustainable eco-tourism; building a civilized and modern Da Phuc commune with happy people".

Through historical periods, from the predecessor administrative units to the unification of Da Phuc commune, the central, comprehensive, and consistent role of the Party Committee has been affirmed, as the decisive factor in all victories.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Da Phuc Commune Party Committee Tong Giang Phuc said that during the 2020-2025 term, despite facing many difficulties from the pandemic, natural disasters and economic fluctuations, the Commune Party Committee has demonstrated a spirit of solidarity, proactiveness and creativity in leadership and management. Party building work has received special attention, with over 90% of grassroots Party organizations and Party members completing their annual tasks well. Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style has become a widespread movement, creating spiritual motivation for cadres, Party members and people. Party member development work continues to be promoted, recruiting dozens of new Party members each year, contributing to rejuvenating the team and improving leadership quality.

In the economic field, the Party Committee of Da Phuc commune and its predecessor communes have made efforts to maintain a stable growth rate, with an average of over 10%/year. The value of agricultural production reached 275 million VND/ha, of which over 70% of products applied high technology. Currently, the whole commune has 281 enterprises and more than 1,400 business households. The average income per capita reached 78 million VND/year, an increase of 40% compared to 2020, by the end of 2024, the commune will have no poor households.

The new rural development program has achieved many results, many communes before the merger have met the advanced new rural standards, with some model criteria. Technical infrastructure such as transportation, irrigation, schools, medical stations, cultural and sports facilities have been invested synchronously, changing the local appearance.

In the cultural and social fields, more than 94% of households have achieved the title of Cultural Family, and over 90% of villages and hamlets have been recognized as Cultural Villages. The rate of public schools meeting national standards is 95.2%, exceeding the City's target; the quality of teachers meeting and exceeding standards is 93.5%. The health insurance coverage rate is over 95%, and the grassroots health system maintains national standards. Social security policies are fully implemented, with 257 households escaping poverty, reducing the rate of near-poor households to 0.8%. National defense and security work is consolidated, the annual military recruitment target always reaches 100%, ensuring political security and social order and safety.

Entering the new term 2025-2030, the Party Committee of Da Phuc commune determined the motto of action "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", considering this as the guideline for all leadership, management and organization activities to implement political tasks.

Secretary of the Party Committee of Da Phuc commune Nguyen Hong Minh said that the theme of the Congress "Promoting revolutionary traditions, solidarity, creativity; promoting science - technology, digital transformation, economic development, fast and sustainable eco-tourism; building a civilized, modern Da Phuc commune, happy people", not only clearly shows the development orientation, but also is a message about the aspiration of Da Phuc commune to rise up, taking people as the center, science - technology and digital transformation as the driving force, people's happiness as the goal to aim for.

In the coming term, the Party Committee of Da Phuc commune aims to build a clean and strong Party organization and political system; develop the economy quickly and sustainably; build a new model rural area, towards a modern ecological urban area; improve the quality of people's lives, and maintain national defense and security. To realize these goals, the Party Committee of the commune has identified three breakthroughs: innovating leadership methods and administrative reforms associated with digital transformation, building a streamlined and efficient apparatus; promoting the development of science and technology, digital economy, and cultural industry to create growth momentum; planning a green, modern, and smart development space, focusing on investing in inter-regional infrastructure projects.
