The Party Committee of Da Huoai commune held the 1st Congress of Delegates for the 2025 - 2030 term to summarize and evaluate the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term and decide on the directions, goals and tasks for the 2025 - 2030 term; review the leadership and direction of the Party Executive Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term.
The Congress also discussed and contributed opinions to the draft documents of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term and the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress.
The Congress listened to comrade Dinh Viet Bao, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Da Huoai commune, on behalf of the Presidium, briefly present the political report to the Congress; comrade Luu Hong Long, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune, on behalf of the Presidium, briefly present the review report of the Executive Committee.

During the 2020 - 2025 term, with high political determination, the entire Party Committee, armed forces and people of the localities have united, made efforts, focused on overcoming difficulties, synchronously deployed solutions, the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congress of 3 communes and towns (Mađaguôi town, Madaguôi commune, Da Oai commune) achieved many important results, completing the main targets of the Resolution of the Party Congress of 3 localities and the Resolution of the 9th Da Huoai District Party Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term.
6 key programs, 4 key projects and specialized resolutions have been implemented synchronously and effectively, promoting the potential and advantages of the locality, especially the agricultural economy has affirmed its role as a pillar of the economy, an important foundation for developing the household economy, contributing to improving people's lives and incomes; the estimated average income per capita in 2025 is 75.5 million VND.

The agricultural sector has gradually demonstrated sustainability; the average production value per unit area in 2025 will reach 118.33 million VND.
The leadership role of Party committees and authorities in forest management and protection has been enhanced; the number of violations has decreased annually. The program of building new rural areas and civilized urban areas has been led and directed synchronously, received consensus from the people and achieved many positive results.
The environment and landscape are focused on being built in a bright, green, clean and beautiful direction. The infrastructure system continues to receive synchronous investment, contributing to promoting socio-economic development.
Da Huoai Commune has mobilized and concentrated capital sources from the province and district; at the same time, mobilized internal resources to build and upgrade the traffic system, urban embellishment, and new rural construction with a total investment capital of 1,438 billion VND for 99 works and projects, upgrading infrastructure to serve the local socio-economic development.
Actively coordinate with relevant departments in calling for and attracting investment in advantageous areas of the locality. Up to now, there are 2 projects being implemented.
Business activities in the area continue to be maintained and developed with 84 businesses and 11 cooperatives registered for operation.

Digital transformation has been well implemented, contributing to shortening time, transparency and openness in handling administrative procedures.
Education and training continue to develop; the quality of teachers is constantly improved. The movement to encourage learning and build a learning society is receiving attention and has spread.
School facilities have been upgraded with increased investment; the rate of public schools recognized as meeting national standards has reached 100%; continuing to maintain units that meet universal education standards at all levels.
National defense and security are firmly ensured. Every year, the work of calling young people to join the army is successfully completed in terms of both quantity and quality. The work of practicing defense zones at commune and town levels is completed. The national defense posture associated with the people's security posture is firmly consolidated; national defense training is seriously implemented.
