Clean and strong party
The Party Committee of the Office of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province was established on the basis of merging the Party Committees of the Office of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces. The Party Committee has 6 subordinate Party cells with 136 Party members. During the 2020-2025 term, cadres and Party members of the Office of the People's Committee of the province have promoted the tradition of solidarity, unanimity, and high determination in all fields, completing assigned tasks.
At the same time, perform well the advisory work, assist the Provincial People's Committee and serve the leadership and direction activities of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and Provincial People's Committee, especially advising the Provincial People's Committee to deploy and direct the implementation to achieve the goals set out in the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress.

By the end of the term, the Party Committee had basically completed and exceeded its targets. Of which, 96% of Party members were classified as having fulfilled their tasks well; more than 95% of cadres and Party members achieved the title of Advanced Laborer. The Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Office has always been recognized as a clean and strong Party Committee.
Unite and complete all assigned tasks
With the spirit of "Solidarity - Discipline - Creativity - Development", the Congress focused on discussing and setting out general directions and goals for the 2025-2030 term with key and breakthrough tasks such as: Advising, proposing, and assisting the Provincial People's Committee in directing and operating the completion of the main targets of the annual socio -economic development, security and defense plan and completing the goals of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress in the coming term.

In the group of specific targets, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Office strives for 100% of Party members to fully understand and study the Party's directives and resolutions and the State's laws; more than 90% of affiliated Party cells and Party members to successfully complete their tasks; more than 95% of civil servants, public employees and workers to achieve the title of Advanced Laborer and apply information technology to perform their tasks.
Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Hoang Gia Long, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: Entering the 2025-2030 term, the requirements for the Provincial People's Committee Office are increasingly high and comprehensive. Therefore, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Office needs to proactively stabilize the organization and operation of the unit after the merger; urgently overcome difficulties to further improve working efficiency in the direction of 2 bases as at present, considering this not only a challenge, but also an opportunity to innovate management thinking and improve work processes.
In addition, promote the application of information technology, carry out comprehensive digital transformation in management and operation; build a digital, public, transparent and effective working environment.

He also suggested that the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Office continue to improve the quality of general advisory work, inter-sectoral coordination, clarify the role and responsibility of each field for cadres, ensure "each person has a job", avoid overlapping or missing tasks.
In particular, strengthen Party building; promote the spirit of solidarity, build a team of Office staff who are "both red and professional", have strong political will, good moral qualities and deep professional qualifications to meet the requirements and tasks in the new period.
The Congress announced the Decisions on appointing Party Committees; Inspection Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Office Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; Decision on appointing delegates to attend the Party Congress at higher levels for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Lai Thi Huong was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Office Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
