The 2020-2025 term is a period in which the VCCI Party Committee has made outstanding efforts, facing many unprecedented difficulties and challenges in the history of VCCI's operations. The Party Executive Committee in the past term has always been united and made efforts to innovate the content and methods of leadership and direction in implementing political tasks; led and directed the entire system to focus all resources to complete the key tasks and solutions set out in the Resolution of the 8th VCCI Party Congress, and at the same time well performed the sudden and arising tasks assigned by the Party and the State.
The results achieved during the term are a great effort demonstrating the dedication and responsibility towards the country, the business community and VCCI of the Party Executive Committee and all cadres and party members.

During the 2025-2030 term, the VCCI Party Committee sets out the general goals: to improve the capacity and operational efficiency of the VCCI, promote the role of a member organization of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, a national organization representing the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the business community, entrepreneurs, business associations and employers in Vietnam; actively and proactively participate in building laws and policies, improving the business environment; pioneer in gathering, connecting, supporting capacity building, promoting innovation, digital transformation and international integration, contributing to building a team of entrepreneurs and a developing business community to meet the requirements of the new era. To build a clean and strong VCCI Party Committee in terms of politics, ideology, organization and ethics; to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization.
At the Congress, representatives of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations to appoint members of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary of the VCCI Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; Decision to appoint the Inspection Committee, Chairman, Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the VCCI Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
Accordingly, the VCCI Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term consists of 20 members; the Standing Committee consists of 5 members. Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh, Vice President of VCCI, was appointed to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the VCCI Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Clearly demonstrate the role as "a national organization representing the business community and entrepreneurs"
Speaking at the Congress, comrade Tran Thang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Unions, said that during the past term, the VCCI Party Committee has promoted the spirit of solidarity, proactiveness, creativity, closely following the leadership and direction of the Central Committee, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Unions, proactively overcoming difficulties, uniting, unifying and comprehensively leading all aspects of activities, completing the goals, targets and tasks set out in the Resolution of the Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, achieving many outstanding results.
To continue promoting the achieved results, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Organizations Tran Thang emphasized that entering the new term in the new context and situation, VCCI needs to clearly demonstrate its role as "a national organization representing the business community and entrepreneurs", the role of a bridge between the Party, the State and the business community and the Vietnamese business community.
To do that, the VCCI Party Committee needs to lead the concretization of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws into the practical activities of the Party Committee as well as of the VCCI, especially the policies and guidelines on economic development, enterprises, and building a team of entrepreneurs; continue to closely follow the Party's Resolutions, especially Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on scientific and technological breakthroughs and digital transformation, and Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW on private economic development. Proactively participate in the development of laws and policies in the spirit of Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW, improve the quality of social comments and criticism. Proactively and actively participate in people-to-people diplomacy activities, strengthen international cooperation, and bring the image of Vietnamese enterprises and entrepreneurs to the regional and world level.
At the same time, the leadership strongly innovates the content and methods of operation of VCCI, focusing on the grassroots, close to enterprises, and closely following enterprises. VCCI needs to continue to innovate its thinking and methods of operation in a proactive, flexible, creative direction, applying information technology, digital transformation to improve service quality, promptly supporting difficulties and problems of enterprises. In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to private enterprises, small and medium enterprises, business households, enterprises in remote areas, innovative startups. Promote digital transformation in VCCI's operations, contributing to the national digital transformation, creating a more favorable environment for enterprises to operate and develop.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Organizations Tran Thang stated that, as a member organization of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the VCCI Party Committee needs to thoroughly grasp the major orientations of the Front in the coming term, especially Resolution No. 43-NQ/TW dated November 24, 2023 of the 13th Party Central Committee on "Continuing to promote the tradition and strength of great national unity, building our country to be increasingly prosperous and happy". Strengthening leadership in propaganda, mobilization, creating social consensus in the business community on the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; Improving the substance of supervision and social criticism on policies related to enterprises and the business environment; Actively contributing ideas to build a clean and strong Party and State, participating in preventing and combating corruption, waste, and negativity; Actively participate in the campaigns "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front; the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" launched by the Prime Minister; the program to build residential areas "Self-management, solidarity, prosperity, happiness".
“The business community and entrepreneurs play an important role in mobilizing social resources, implementing social security policies, and sustainably reducing poverty,” said Tran Thang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Organizations.
Regarding Party building work, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Organizations Tran Thang suggested continuing to lead the building of a clean and strong VCCI Party Committee in terms of politics, ideology, organization and ethics; improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization. Promote the role of the political nucleus, the pioneering and exemplary leadership of the Party and Party members, and build a clean and strong VCCI Party Committee. At the same time, improve inspection and supervision work, ensure Party discipline and order; promote administrative reform in the Party Committee, digital transformation in leadership, direction and organization of Party organization activities; reorganize the apparatus, improve the capacity and operational efficiency of the Party Committee and VCCI to meet the requirements of the business community, entrepreneurs and the country in the new era.
Congratulating the comrades appointed to the Executive Committee and Standing Committee for the 2025-2030 term, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Organizations Tran Thang believes that the appointed comrades will maximize their capacity, strengths, responsibilities and experience to meet the requirements and tasks in the new term.
