The Party Committee of Tan Thanh Commune Party Agencies sets out goals such as: Building and maintaining the model of "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" and a model of "Skilled mass mobilization". Every year, 100% of the advisory and support agencies of the Party Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and the People's Council are evaluated and classified as having completed their tasks well or better.
The Congress announced the decision to establish the Party Committee of the Party Agencies of the commune and appointed the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary. In Party building work, the Party Committee strives to annually rank the quality of completing its tasks well or better; continues to improve the quality of activities of the Party Committee and Party cells, and implements the model of "4-good Party cells" and "4-good Party Committees".

At the congress, delegates contributed opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress, the draft documents of the Commune Party Congress, and 100% of delegates voted to pass the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of Tan Thanh Commune People's Committee, term 2025-2030.

Comrade Le Quang Thai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Tan Thanh Commune People's Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Tan Thanh Commune People's Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
