Da Nang promotes the implementation of online public services according to the two-level government model.

VHO - The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just issued an official dispatch on the implementation of receiving, handling administrative procedures and providing online public services according to the two-level local government organization model.

Accordingly, the People's Committee of Da Nang City assigned the Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones that do not generate administrative procedure records to urgently review, report the causes and send reports to the City People's Committee (through the Office of the City People's Committee) for monitoring, directing handling and reporting to the Government Office .

Along with that, the assigned agencies, units and localities must focus on seriously implementing the reception and settlement of administrative procedures for people and organizations in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 118/2022/ND-CP of the Government . The process of processing records must ensure that all information is fully updated on the City's Administrative Procedures Information System.

The City People's Committee also directed to step up propaganda and guidance for people and businesses to use online public services and make cashless payments through the National Public Service Portal.

Agencies, units, and localities must provide beneficiary account information to the Office of the City People's Committee for integration into digital platforms for online payment. The Chairman of the City People's Committee requires heads of units to take personal responsibility if they fail to comply on time, affecting the implementation progress.

At the same time, the city requires units to review and provide information on electronic receipt connection configuration and a list of administrative procedures with fees and charges that need to be configured to use electronic receipts, and send them to the City People's Committee Office for integration into the city system.

The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Science and Technology, the City Public Administration Service Center, and Da Nang Telecommunications to monitor the situation of receiving and handling records at the City Public Administration Service Centers and commune levels, and at the same time support timely handling of problems arising during the implementation process.

The City Police Department is required to direct relevant departments to promptly complete the issuance of seals to agencies, units and localities, especially the Public Administration Service Centers at the commune level, to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations when deploying online public services on the National Public Service Portal.
