The first online contest to learn about Party resolutions for cadres and party members: From September 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025

The contest aims to contribute to the quality and effectiveness of Party building work in terms of politics , ideology and ethics; contribute to quickly bringing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws into life. Help cadres and party members understand and perceive more fully and deeply the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws. At the same time, affirm the responsibility and determination to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Congress towards the 14th National Party Congress.

At the same time, it contributes to promoting propaganda work, protecting the Party's ideological foundation, guidelines and policies, and the State's policies and laws; at the same time, fighting against the wrong views of hostile forces. Cadres under the management of Party committees, Party organizations, and leaders of agencies and units (in group 3) according to Regulation 145-QD/TW, dated May 10, 2024 of the Central Executive Committee on the training and updating of knowledge and skills for leaders and managers at all levels.

- Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science , technology, innovation and national digital transformation;

- Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW dated April 30, 2025 of the Politburo on innovation in law-making and enforcement to meet the requirements of national development in the new era;

Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW dated May 4, 2025 of the Politburo on private economic development.
