Mr. Tran Minh Duc - General Director of Decamy Education Joint Stock Company, Deputy General Director of ICOEURO Joint Stock Company said: " In the past 10 years, we have traveled to all provinces and cities of Vietnam with the hope of bringing more choices to young Vietnamese human resources.
