Announcing the decision to establish the Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch

On July 1, the Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies held a conference to announce the decision to establish the branch and personnel work. Attending the conference were comrades: Nguyen Thi Hang, Deputy General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP); Nguyen Le Huy, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

According to Decision No. 66/QD-HDQT dated June 26, 2025 of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, the Hung Yen Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies was established on the basis of merging the Hung Yen Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies and the Thai Binh Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies.

After its establishment, the Hung Yen Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch will operate from July 1, 2025 according to the regulations of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Social Policy Bank.

Deputy General Director of Vietnam Bank for Social Policies Nguyen Thi Hang presented the Decision on transfer and assignment of the Directorship of the Provincial Branch of Vietnam Bank for Social Policies to Ms. Chu Thi Bich Lan.

Deputy General Director of Vietnam Bank for Social Policies Nguyen Thi Hang and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Le Huy presented flowers to congratulate the collective leadership of the Provincial Bank for Social Policies Branch.

Also at the conference, the organizing committee announced decisions on personnel work. Accordingly, Ms. Chu Thi Bich Lan, Director of the Hung Yen Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch (old) was assigned as Acting Director of the Hung Yen Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch. At the same time, the decision was made to transfer and appoint 4 deputy directors of the Hung Yen Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch.

Speaking at the direction of assigning tasks to the Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hang, Deputy General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, emphasized that the establishment of the Hung Yen Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies and the completion of the apparatus are the tasks and demonstrate the determination of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies in adapting to the general development context of the country. She expected that the Hung Yen Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies would maximize its scale and resources to contribute to the implementation of assigned tasks, especially in poverty reduction and ensuring social security in the locality.
