Officially put into operation since June 28, as of August 1, Hanoi has organized the issuance and creation of accounts for civil servants and public employees at 61/61 agencies and units (30 districts, towns and 31 departments, branches, sectors and affiliated units) to participate in receiving and processing field feedback and recommendations (PAKN) on iHanoi.

Up to now, there have been 2,350 on-site PAKNs with a processing rate of up to 70.4%. The number of administrative procedure PAKNs is 247 cases with a processing transfer rate of 40.1%. The level of people's satisfaction with PAKN handling is stable at about 65.6%.

The number of complaints transferred to the City for settlement increased rapidly in early August 2024. On average, about 40 complaints were received and processed per day, transferred to relevant departments, agencies, and sectors, or returned to the correct locality for settlement. Agencies and units seriously implemented and completed on time. Specifically, in July, overdue complaints accounted for only 11.07% and in the first 8 days of August, there were no overdue complaints.

It is known that Hanoi has added 40 traffic camera points on the iHanoi application. It is expected that next week, the QR code reading of CCCD cards will be completed, along with the function of receiving capital initiatives. At the same time, electronic wallets will be introduced for online payment and templates will be created for refusal cases.

In terms of information and propaganda, on social networks such as FanPage “Capital Hanoi – Vietnam”; Youtube iHanoi regularly publishes reports, instructional videos , and infographics about iHanoi. In addition, some people have created a Facebook group “iHanoi with the people of the Capital” to share, introduce, and support the use of the application.
