On the morning of June 14, Vinaphone network users experienced communication interruptions in many localities across the country.

Users reported that communication interruptions occurred in many provinces and cities such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Thanh Hoa, Long An , Cao Bang... The incident prevented subscribers from making calls, and mobile Internet was also limited.

According to Mr. Nguyen Thang (Long An), he was using a very stable 5G network, but around 11am, the Internet suddenly dropped to 3G even though he was still sitting in one place.

"About 30 minutes later, the phone no longer showed the network signal, I could not contact my relatives, and I could not access the mobile Internet," he informed.

Mr. Nong Hong Hieu ( Cao Bang City) also encountered a similar situation. He said: "At the end of the morning, I called but couldn't get through. I thought my phone had a problem so I tried restarting the device many times. However, the network was still unstable. Right when I had to go out and needed to communicate continuously, I had to buy a temporary SIM card from another network to use."

On social networks, there are a series of posts from users reporting communication interruptions when using the Vinaphone network.

Information from the Vinaphone network confirmed the above incident and said that at noon on June 14, Vinaphone encountered customer communication problems in some areas. The technical team is urgently handling the problem.
