The CJ Short Film Project is jointly organized by CJ Cultural Foundation and CJ CGV Vietnam to search for and support young talents in the film industry, contributing to the development of the Vietnamese film industry while opening up opportunities for Vietnamese works to reach the international market.

With the theme “Expand the frame, Reach out brilliantly”, this year’s award season encourages young directors to explore new perspectives, break away from familiar stereotypes, and tell Vietnamese stories in a modern, influential cinematic language.

The special highlight of the 2025 season is a production support package of 1.5 billion VND for the 5 best projects along with the cost of attending prestigious international film festivals.

In addition to funding, projects are also supported with technical equipment, post-production and participation in intensive training courses with Vietnamese and Korean film experts.
