The art program is divided into 3 parts. Part 1, "Eternal culture with the nation" with songs praising the Party, Uncle Ho, about the birth of the Outline on Culture, homeland and country. Part 2, "Homeland colors" with high-prize winning performances in national professional festivals and performances, carrying the cultural colors of the ethnic groups of Tuyen Quang province.
