On the evening of January 28 (29th of Lunar New Year), at Ky Ba Park (Thai Binh city), the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized the Spring Melody art program.

Delegates and audiences were present at Ky Ba Park to watch and cheer on the program.

The program takes place from 9:30 pm to 12 am, performed by artists from Thai Binh Cheo Theater. The performances are elaborately staged in the genres of Cheo singing, new singing, orchestral ensembles... with the theme of celebrating the Party, celebrating spring, praising the love for the homeland, country and people of Thai Binh. Through the lively and emotional performances of more than 50 artists along with the modern sound and lighting system, joy and enthusiasm have been created at the moment of transition between the old year and the new year for all classes of people.

The Cheo singing and dancing performance was elaborately staged. The song about spring was performed by artists from Thai Binh Cheo Theater at the program.

The New Year art program is an annual activity organized to contribute to creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere, encouraging and motivating cadres and people in the province to strive to compete in work, labor, production, and unite to build the homeland and country to become more and more prosperous and civilized.
