Dong Nai will organize 17 mobile voluntary blood donation campaigns in September.

(DN) - The Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation in Dong Nai province has just announced the time and location of mobile voluntary blood donation campaigns in September 2025.

Accordingly, from September 5 to 30, the Dong Nai Provincial Voluntary Blood Donation Steering Committee coordinated with Cho Ray Blood Transfusion Center and agencies, units and enterprises to organize 17 mobile voluntary blood donation campaigns with the goal of receiving 5,730 units of blood.

The time and location of the mobile voluntary blood donation campaigns organized by the organizing committee are as follows: Loc Ninh Commune (5th), Trang Bom Commune (10th), Dong Phu Commune (11th), Hoan My Dong Nai Hospital (16th) and Aurora Hotel (17th), Xuan Hoa Commune (18th, 22nd and 24th), Tan Khai Commune (18th), Tri An Commune (19th), Dinh Quan Commune (22nd), Dai Phuoc Commune (23rd), Binh Long Ward (24th), Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Corporation, Tran Bien Ward (25th), Eastern University of Technology, Dau Giay Commune and Thien Hung Commune (both on 29th), Lac Hong University, Tran Bien Ward (30th).

During the organization of mobile voluntary blood donation campaigns, the Dong Nai Provincial Voluntary Blood Donation Steering Committee will combine to commend and reward individuals who have donated blood many times and families with many members participating in voluntary blood donation. At the same time, the Provincial Red Cross Society will mobilize and receive applications for voluntary tissue, organ and body donation for medical purposes.

In August 2025, through organizing 17 mobile voluntary blood donation campaigns, Dong Nai received nearly 5,500 units of blood, reaching 85% of the set plan.
