This is a meaningful activity of Nhan Dan Newspaper to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2, and is also a special gift to readers on the occasion of the country's special event.

Many readers who received this special edition of Nhan Dan Newspaper were very moved when they saw the portrait of President Ho Chi Minh with simple, rustic strokes. The portrait depicts Uncle Ho in a shirt inside and a vest outside.

The special supplement of Nhan Dan Newspaper sent to readers has 2 parts. The first part recreates the image of President Ho Chi Minh reading the Declaration of Independence at the historic Ba Dinh Square on September 2, 1945 and the full content of the Declaration of Independence that he read. In the second part of the supplement, Nhan Dan Newspaper introduces 80 outstanding events in the fields of politics , economics, society, foreign affairs, and culture that the country has achieved in the past 80 years.

A special feature of the supplement is the "compression" of information through digital QR codes printed on the publication, helping readers have a virtual reality experience of the moment President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence through technology platform applications Spotify and TikTok.
