Program "Journey of Faith" in response to "National Day for Drug Prevention and Control June 26"

The program has 180 participants who are subjects at the Provincial Drug Rehabilitation Center; youth union members in Hoa An district and the City.

Leaders of the Provincial Police and Provincial Youth Union presented gifts to students with good training.

Trainees are informed about the harmful effects of drugs, the tricks of attraction and enticement of drug dealers; equipped with skills to prevent and avoid the risks and harmful effects of drugs; exchange and learn knowledge about drug prevention and control; skills after reintegrating into the community; participate in collective games and sports exchanges between youth union members and trainees.

At the program, the Organizing Committee presented the "Legal Bookcase" model and some medical supplies to the facility; launched the vivid visual youth project "Propaganda on the harmful effects of drugs"; and presented gifts to 10 students with good achievements in the drug rehabilitation process.

In response to the 2025 Drug Prevention and Control Action Month, the Organizing Committee launched a Drug Prevention and Control Painting Contest for students at the facility with the theme: "Journey of Faith - Sharing the same determination for a drug-free community". The contest received enthusiastic responses from students with over 30 works. The Organizing Committee awarded 1 first prize, 1 second prize, 1 third prize, and 2 consolation prizes for outstanding works.

The competition is not only an artistic playground, but also a place for students to express their awareness, attitude and determination in the fight against the danger of drugs - a war without gunfire, but full of hardship, requiring courage, determination and awareness.

Students participating in the exchange answered questions about the harmful effects of drugs.

The program is one of the key and practical activities of Cao Bang youth, together with all levels, sectors and the whole society, demonstrating the determination to join hands for a drug-free community. It is a meaningful journey to add more strength and aspiration for a bright future for students living at the Provincial Drug Rehabilitation Center. Thereby, raising awareness of the responsibility and obligation of each individual to push back and minimize the harmful effects of drug abuse in society.
