Nicotex Joint Stock Company has not yet implemented the progress of the Project of Factory for processing, packaging and trading imported fertilizers, foliar fertilizers, and microbiological products in Phu Hoi Industrial Park, Lam Dong province as committed.

The Management Board of Lam Dong Province's Industrial Parks has just commented on the Project of a Factory for processing, packaging and trading imported fertilizers, foliar fertilizers and microbiological products at Phu Hoi Industrial Park invested by Nicotex Joint Stock Company.

According to this agency, the project implementation progress as committed in the Investment Registration Certificate, the time for construction, repair of the factory and installation of machinery and equipment for fertilizer processing and packaging, implementation of fertilizer processing and packaging activities, investment in business and market development in Lam Dong will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023; the time for completion of the project, basic construction works, installation of imported multi-nutrient fertilizer processing lines, high-quality microbial products from the first quarter of 2024 to the fourth quarter of 2024.

However, up to now, Nicotex Joint Stock Company has not completed the administrative procedures after adjusting the Investment Registration Certificate related to construction... to implement the construction of the factory and installation of machinery and equipment; the Company has not implemented the project progress as committed.

Therefore, the Management Board of Lam Dong Province's Industrial Parks requested the Company to quickly complete administrative procedures; speed up the construction of the factory and installation of equipment to soon put the project into operation to ensure the progress of the investment project in accordance with the provisions of law.
