On the afternoon of March 12, Inspection Delegation No. 1910 of the Politburo , headed by Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, had a working session with the Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee to announce the draft Inspection Results Report to the Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee.
At the meeting, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man said that 2025 is a year of many important events for the country; a year of implementing and deciding on many historical tasks, including the issue of merging provinces, ending district-level activities, and merging 60-70% of more than 10,000 communes.
National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man said that the 9th session of the 15th National Assembly is expected to open in early May and last for nearly 2 months. At this session, the National Assembly will consider amending the 2013 Constitution, ensuring its completion before June 30 so that it can officially take effect from July 1, serving the construction of a streamlined, efficient, effective and efficient 2-level government.
National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man highly appreciated the members of the Inspection Team and the Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee and relevant agencies for their active, urgent, and highly responsible coordination, ensuring the inspection was substantive, fast, and in accordance with the regulations of the Central Committee and the Politburo.
The inspection contents include summarizing Resolution No. 18 of the 12th Central Executive Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently" and Conclusion 121 of the Party Central Executive Committee on summarizing Resolution 18, associated with the establishment and operation of new Party committees. The organization of the implementation of the Politburo's directive on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party... The dissemination and implementation of the Politburo's resolution on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation. The implementation of the Party Central Executive Committee's conclusion on the Supplementary Project on socio-economic development in 2025 with a growth target of 8% or more.
To ensure an accurate, objective, concise, and focused report, in the spirit of objectivity and frankness, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man suggested that delegates focus on evaluating the most outstanding and impressive results achieved in the context of implementing urgent tasks and many very difficult tasks... on that basis, there are specific proposals to ensure the quality of the Inspection Team's report to synthesize and report to the Politburo and the Secretariat.
Previously, on February 21, 2025, Inspection Team No. 1910 announced the Decision to establish the Inspection Team and the inspection plan for the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee: Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen.
