The strongest wind near the center of the storm is level 11 (103-117 km/h), gusting to level 14; moving north at a speed of 10-15 km/h. It is expected that in the next 24 hours, the storm will move north-northeast, at a speed of 10-15 km/h, the strongest wind near the center of the storm is level 1112, gusting to level 14. Risk level 3: Sea area of the Gulf of Tonkin, offshore waters from Quang Tri to Da Nang and the northwest of the North East Sea.
According to forecasts, the storm has not directly affected Quang Ninh province, however, this is a storm with a complex movement direction. Review each specific residential area to prepare a plan to move to a safe place when necessary. Notify entertainment areas and construction works in the area about storm information to have appropriate response solutions.
At the same time, review, repair and thoroughly fix dike incidents (note particularly dangerous points that have not been thoroughly handled), ensuring completion before the 2025 rainy and flood season to proactively respond to floods and storms; at the same time, review and identify key dike points; develop, approve and implement in practice dike protection plans and key protection plans according to the "four on-site" motto to be ready and proactively respond to floods and storms.
The Department of Construction directed the Inland Port Authority to review and grasp the number of tourist ships, be ready to implement sea bans when requested; guide ships to anchor and take shelter at wharves and anchorage areas.

Inland waterway port authorities and coastal information stations monitor storm developments, instruct ships not to enter dangerous areas and to return to safe shelters in case of dangerous situations; strictly enforce sea bans when required.
The Provincial Communication Center increases information about storm developments, instructs people on prevention, response, and damage reduction skills.
The provincial Hydrometeorological Station closely monitors the storm's developments and informs localities and units to proactively deploy response measures.
