Conquering Nam Luc waterfall, a wild masterpiece in the middle of the Northwest forest

(Dan Tri) - Hidden in the middle of the Sin Ho plateau (Lai Chau), Nam Luc waterfall is like a soft white silk strip across the mountainside, with a beauty that is both wild and poetic.

Nam Luc Waterfall is an ideal destination for those who love nature, are passionate about walking, climbing and seeking the feeling of conquering lands with few human footprints.

The waterfall is located in Sin Ho commune (former Phang So Lin commune), about 40km from the center of Sin Ho district (formerly), surrounded by a primeval forest system with rich vegetation.

The waterfall is over 140m high and is divided into 3 consecutive levels. The water flows down the rock layers, creating a thin, hazy mist. The longest waterfall is about 50m-60m.

Each waterfall is a different natural picture, sometimes soft like a young girl's hair, sometimes fierce with white foam in the middle of majestic mountains and forests.

Mr. Lu A Cu (born in 1991) - a local tour guide said - the waterfall is most beautiful during the water pouring season (from May to August every year). The white, rolling water resonates with the sound of forest birds and the wind blowing, creating a wild harmony.

The road from the drop-off point to the foot of the waterfall is about 2km, with gentle terrain, through dense forest, convenient to travel, suitable for all visitors, including children.

The journey to conquer Nam Luc waterfall is not too difficult, but visitors need to be carefully prepared with a pair of non-slip shoes, a personal water bottle and some snacks.

Ms. Thu Thuy - a tourist from Hanoi - shared that when approaching the foot of the waterfall, the sound of the rushing water made everyone excited. The closer they got, the more attracted they were by the cool water, the clear air and the endless green color, almost everyone forgot all their fatigue.

According to Mr. Lu A Cu, Nam Luc waterfall is still a wild destination, without many tourist services. Tourists should pay attention to preserving the landscape here, not littering but taking the trash back home.

If you want to bathe in the stream, choose shallow water areas, away from areas with fast-flowing water. It is best to go with a tour guide or local people to ensure safety and to gain cultural exchange experiences.
