Mrs. Tran Thi Van and her grandson Cao Xuan Phuc have received a lot of help from philanthropists.

As of June 9, through his family's account number, Cao Xuan Phuc (10 years old, living in Vuon Dao residential area, Hung Dao commune, Chi Linh city) received 43.7 million VND from benefactors.

Ms. Vu Thi Ha, Phuc's cousin, said the family will set up a savings account from the above amount to cover the child's future education expenses.

His father died early, his mother left, and Phuc is currently living with his grandmother, Tran Thi Van, who is nearly 80 years old. Phuc has received support from the local government and mass organizations, but his future is still long while his grandfather's health is getting worse. The support and help from benefactors has somewhat encouraged Phuc and his grandfather, helping him to continue going to school.

On May 31, Hai Duong newspaper published an article entitled “Let Phuc Go to School” about Phuc’s pitiful situation. The article received a lot of support and shares, and many benefactors helped Phuc.
