Typical examples include Gia An and Gia Trung farms with a model of growing mangosteen and durian according to GlobalGAP and VietGAP standards, with products exported to demanding markets such as the Netherlands, bringing in billions of VND in revenue each year. Dak Nong Clean Agriculture Company (DNo Farm) - a pioneer in growing vegetables and fruits according to organic processes, meeting GlobalGAP standards and has successfully exported to Singapore. The farms and companies are the leading force in leading and expanding the development of local agricultural technology.
The ward has OCOP products, with many products reaching 3-star and 4-star ratings such as: dried macadamia, freeze-dried fruits, cordyceps mushrooms... This is a vivid proof of the transformation from traditional agricultural production to agricultural economy, creating branded products with high competitiveness in the market.
Promoting resources in the people
According to Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Dong Gia Nghia Ward Party Committee Ho Xuan Hau, the above results were achieved first of all thanks to the solidarity, unity of will and action of the Party Committees for the 2020-2025 term; the spirit of self-reliance, self-reliance, determination of the contingent of cadres, party members, soldiers and people of all ethnic groups in the area; the attention, leadership, direction and creation of favorable conditions of all levels and sectors.
In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Dong Gia Nghia Ward Party Committee sets the general goal as follows: "Building a clean and strong Party Committee and political system in all aspects; focusing on promoting digital transformation in leadership, administration and serving the people; promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, effectively using all resources to improve people's lives; ensuring national defense and security; building Dong Gia Nghia Ward in the direction of promoting the development of trade - services, eco-tourism associated with high-tech agriculture; improving the quality of comprehensive education, building synchronous and modern urban infrastructure".
The ward Party Committee sets 19 targets on socio-economics and environment, national defense and security, internal affairs, Party building and the political system to strive for. In particular, the ward strives for an average annual growth rate of 8.11% in the total value of products in the area.
To achieve the set goals and targets, Dong Gia Nghia Ward focuses on effectively implementing Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW, dated May 4, 2025 of the Politburo on private economic development, and strengthening the implementation of improving the business environment in the area. The Ward Party Committee focuses on directing units to coordinate in supporting businesses and business households to access capital and technology sources.
The ward strengthens connections and supports small and micro enterprises and enhances business ethics and social responsibility, thereby promoting the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation; encourages, calls for and creates conditions for businesses and people inside and outside the locality to participate in investing in developing trade and services in accordance with the urbanization process of the ward, especially in densely populated areas, major roads, schools, hospitals and completed residential and urban areas... to develop the economy quickly and sustainably.
The ward focuses on and creates conditions for industrial establishments to develop, especially in the fields of agricultural processing, carpentry, mechanics, equipment for agricultural production, post-harvest product preservation, and construction materials production.
The ward has gradually diversified and created unique tourism products such as brocade, rice wine, traditional festivals, etc., typical of the M'nong and Ma people. The locality exploits and organizes eco-tourism, entertainment areas combined with sightseeing and enjoying local fruit garden products and cuisine, in order to satisfy the needs and prolong the stay of tourists, increase their spending, and increase economic efficiency for tourism activities.
In agricultural development, the ward focuses on applying high-tech agricultural production in developing local key crops (coffee, pepper, fruit trees); applying smart, safe, and effective production processes and methods, attracting investment in deep processing; building and developing high-quality OCOP products; converting crop and livestock structures in line with the ward's development orientation towards urban commodity production.
Along with that, the ward continues to promote the building and rectification of the Party and the political system to be clean and strong in all aspects; and to improve the leadership capacity of the Party.
