From 8:30 a.m., the Club members' families were present in bright red shirts with yellow stars, participating in the walking journey around the Polytechnic area, contributing to the campaign "One billion steps towards the new era".
In the joyful atmosphere, the children sang out loud through familiar songs: "Vietnam is in me", "As if Uncle Ho were here on the great victory day", "Who loves Uncle Ho Chi Minh more than children", "Together we go up"...
After the walk, the members returned to house 104-K7 to participate in reading activities. Writer Le Phuong Lien shared with the children a story from the book "Telling Uncle Ho's Story" (Kim Dong Publishing House, 2018), helping the children understand more about the life and aspiration to save the country of President Ho Chi Minh, as well as the sacred value of the Declaration of Independence.
Closing the activity, the students continued to express their love for their homeland through the activity of drawing Vietnamese landscapes with teacher Huyen, with the theme of Hoan Kiem Lake. From an innocent perspective, each painting has its own unique features, expressing pride in the country's landscape.
The program received enthusiastic participation from families, writer Le Phuong Lien and young collaborators of the club, contributing to fostering national spirit and love for the Fatherland in today's generation of children.
