Canal 28 Bridge on Provincial Road 831 put into use

After a period of construction, the Canal 28 bridge project on Provincial Road 831 through Vinh Hung district, Long An was completed, meeting the people's expectations in traveling and transporting goods.

Inauguration and putting into use of Canal 28 Bridge

The Canal 28 Bridge project is invested by the Department of Transport (now the Department of Construction). The project has a total investment of nearly 46 billion VND from the provincial budget and other legally mobilized capital sources.

The project is constructed by 622 One Member Limited Liability Company.

The bridge is built with reinforced concrete, prestressed reinforced concrete; includes 4 spans, over 87m long, HL93 operating load (over 10 tons), 11m wide bridge, 9m wide traffic lane.

Completed and put into use, contributing to the gradual completion and synchronization of traffic infrastructure according to the planning, serving the circulation of goods in the area, connecting with the provincial road system and National Highway. Reducing the cost of transporting goods, travel time as well as safety for traffic participants, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, strengthening national defense and security in the locality.

It is known that Kenh 28 Bridge is part of the remaining 6 bridges project on Provincial Road 831 (Vinh Binh - Long Khot Border Gate section and Vinh Hung - Tan Hung to Tan Phuoc section). The total construction investment is over 286 billion VND. The investment capital comes from the provincial budget and other legally mobilized capital sources./.
