Therefore, Mr. Vo Trung Tin, Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Blockchain Association, pointed out some innovations that businesses developing on Blockchain technology in Ho Chi Minh City and in Vietnam need to pay attention to in order to have thorough preparation and also expected state agencies to soon provide guidance and training sessions... so that businesses can apply the regulations from this new law.
