Ca Mau prepares well for the opening ceremony of the new school year

Accordingly, the Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau requires educational institutions in the area to organize the Opening Ceremony of the 2025-2026 school year in a solemn, meaningful, practical and economical manner; creating a widespread influence throughout the industry and the whole society.

Ensure the conditions of facilities, arrange adequate equipment and transmission lines for online connection; have feasible and effective backup plans in case of power outages or bad weather; ensure traffic safety, security and order, and fire prevention during the opening ceremony.

Regarding the form of organization, all educational institutions (both public and non-public) will organize the opening ceremony of the 2025-2026 school year in combination with attending the 80th anniversary celebration of the Ministry of National Education (now the Ministry of Education and Training) and the opening ceremony of the 2025-2026 school year of the Ministry of Education and Training at the National Convention Center; online connection via VTV1 television waves and transmission infrastructure provided by telecommunications units (the Department of Education and Training will have a written notice about the online connection line).

The planned activities of educational institutions will be organized concisely, ending before 8:00 a.m. From 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., all delegates, teachers, and students will fully participate in the contents of the program organized by the Ministry of Education and Training (note to ensure the flag-raising ceremony, singing the National Anthem at the same time as the flag-raising ceremony at the National Convention Center; listen to the speech of General Secretary To Lam ...).

Ca Mau province will create all conditions to ensure that no student is unable to go to school in the new school year due to difficulties.

The Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau Province requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau Province to direct its affiliated organizations to pay attention to and create favorable conditions to support the Department and the People's Committees of communes and wards in taking care of students; especially students with difficult circumstances; ensuring that no student is unable to go to school due to difficulties.

In addition, the Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau also requested educational institutions to strengthen communication about the Opening Ceremony of the 2025-2026 school year in conjunction with the activities commemorating the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry of Education and Training to spread the glorious historical tradition of the education sector, the spirit of innovation and creativity, towards an effective and quality new school year.

At the same time, educate political ideology, patriotism, national pride, self-reliance and promote the strength of collectives and individuals, strive to excellently complete the targets and tasks of the unit and school, contributing to the successful implementation of the political tasks of the education sector and the province.
