Training on State management of agriculture and environment

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On the morning of August 9, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Thanh Hoa organized a training course on state management of agriculture and environment for commune-level officials and civil servants in 2025.

Participating in the professional training course, 600 trainees who are leaders, cadres and civil servants at the commune level were informed by the reporters who are heads of professional departments of the Department of Agriculture and Environment about some important contents, new and outstanding points in the legal documents of the Central and the province in the fields of agriculture and environment.

The focus is on topics on organizational structure and the following fields: land, cartography, environment, geology - minerals, irrigation, sea and islands, and fisheries.

During the training course, trainees discussed, exchanged and resolved problems related to the content of the topics. At the same time, proposed solutions to continue innovating and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of direction and management in the fields of agriculture and environment.

Through the training course, the aim is to equip cadres and civil servants working in agriculture and environment at the commune level with professional knowledge, update new legal documents and policies on environmental agriculture; improve management, operation, supervision and coordination skills in performing tasks at the grassroots level. This is also an opportunity for trainees to exchange and share practical experiences, thereby flexibly applying them to local work.
