The report of the Organizing Committee shows that during the training process, the Provincial Military Command directed Regiment 126 to coordinate with departments and faculties of Military School of Military Region 3 to develop a plan and training program for the entire course. Regiment 126 did a good job of preparation such as: establishing a team of teachers and a management framework, organizing the repair of the training ground, training grounds, models, teaching aids, lesson plans, etc.

During the 3-month training period with more than 400 lessons, the unit has successfully implemented the motto of combining theoretical training with practice, theory with practice, and study with discipline training. Thanks to that, the trainees have mastered the basic knowledge of political theory, military, state law in the field of national defense, basic combat skills; clearly understood the responsibilities and tasks of officers and commanders in managing and training reserve mobilization units.

At the end of the training course, Regiment 126 coordinated with Military School of Military Region 3 to organize exams and award graduation certificates to the students. The results showed that 100% of the students met the requirements, of which nearly 80% of the students achieved good and excellent results; 100% of the students were awarded the rank of Second Lieutenant as reserve officers by the Ministry of National Defense. On this occasion, the Military Command of Hung Yen province awarded the students with excellent achievements during their studies.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony, Colonel Vu Trong Thoan emphasized that this is a class of reserve officers trained with local budget to supplement the source of reserve officers for the province's reserve mobilization units. Through the training course, the aim is to equip the students with knowledge to contribute to the successful implementation of training, drills and combat readiness tasks, building the province's reserve mobilization force to become increasingly stronger.
