The past seven days have not only been a showcase of more than 100 films from many countries in the region, bringing to the public excellent cinematic works, but also a testament to the miraculous connecting power of the seventh art. Here, borders and geographical distances have been erased by the common voice of creativity, compassion and the desire to tell stories. “Da Nang City is proud to become a new meeting point of Asian cinema - where stories, aspirations and human values are shared and spread through the language of images and emotions.
This year's film festival not only honors outstanding works but also opens up in-depth dialogues about the future of the film industry through seminars, workshops, acting classes, "Talent Incubation"... The companionship and development of regional film industries is the driving force for us to continue building an increasingly professional, creative and humane event in the following years", Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi emphasized.

In addition to enjoying the movies, the audience had lively exchanges and conversations with domestic and international artists, bringing cinema lovers closer together, connecting the beauty of many cultures, in the spirit of "Asian bridge".

Three international seminars on nurturing young talents, learning from the successful experiences of Korean cinema and the imprint of Vietnamese war films since the country's reunification have gathered many generations of famous domestic and international filmmakers who have made great contributions to the cinema industry; Critics, film experts, and theoretical researchers with in-depth perspectives, creating a forum for lively and emotional exchanges, summarizing practical experiences to build an advanced, modern Vietnamese cinema that is rich in identity and leaves its mark on the world .
The DANAFF TALENTS program has given wings to young Vietnamese and Asian film talents through the acting class "Talent Incubation" with 52 promising faces, "Project Incubator" with 14 Asian film projects and the "Master Class" intensive class.
