On the morning of July 25, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Huu Linh, Political Commissar of the Duc Trong Region 1 Defense Command, Lam Dong Provincial Military Command, said that more than 150 officers and soldiers of the unit and the militia and self-defense force of Hiep Thanh commune carried out mass mobilization work in the commune.

Accordingly, officers and soldiers worked with local people to clear 3km of stream banks and clear traffic routes. Officers and soldiers assisted local people in trimming large tree branches that were at risk of falling and clearing fallen trees due to the impact of storm No. 3 (Wipha).
