According to the provincial police, after checking, the whole province has 3,464,600 permanent residents who received gifts. Each person received 100 thousand VND. The total amount is 346.46 billion VND. This funding source is taken from the targeted supplementary central budget and from the provincial budget reserve.
The gift-giving work was carried out by the People's Committees and the Police of wards and communes from the morning of August 31. Thanks to the active implementation, as of 7:30 p.m. on September 1, more than 90% of the residents in Bac Ninh province received gifts.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Head of the Team for Guidance on Registration, Residence Management, Issuance and Management of Citizen Identification Cards, Department of Administrative Management of Social Order (Provincial Police) informed: “The giving of National Day gifts to people was urgently deployed, but the Provincial Police closely coordinated with departments, branches and localities to review, make lists and prepare conditions well. To ensure that the gifts were given to the people as soon as possible, the Provincial Police directed the Police of communes and wards to send officers to coordinate in handing gifts to the elderly and disabled who could not come to the cultural house to receive them.”
In some localities, the organization of gift giving to people was carried out early, ensuring the time. In Tan Son commune - a mountainous commune with more than 14,000 people living, of which ethnic minorities account for more than 50%, the implementation was completed on the first day. As of 5:00 p.m. on August 31, 100% of people in the commune received Independence Day gifts.
Comrade Le Xuan Thang, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Tan Son Commune, said: "To achieve this result, the Party Committee of the Commune assigned Party Committee members in charge of villages to coordinate with police officers and mass organizations to review the beneficiaries and send notices to each household about the time and place to receive the gifts. At the same time, it directed cadres to regularly be present at cultural houses (including lunch breaks) to distribute gifts to households; in cases of illness, disability, etc., the commune sent village cadres to the homes to deliver gifts, ensuring compliance with the set plan."
In Nenh Ward, the Ward People's Committee issued a notice on the morning of August 31 about the location and time of the public gift giving on the loudspeaker system, social networks, and Zalo group for people to know. Mr. Le Hoang Bach, Chairman of Nenh Ward People's Committee shared: "By 6:00 p.m. on September 1, the whole ward had 52,847 people receiving gifts, reaching 94.9%. For those who have not received gifts and are currently working at businesses or have personal matters, the working groups will continue to call and strive to complete the gift giving by 9:00 p.m. on September 1. In addition, the ward has 531 additional people who are not on the list, the ward continues to request additional funding and advances so that everyone can have Independence Day gifts".

In the mountainous commune of Son Dong, the commune police maintained 100% of their personnel and coordinated with local authorities to organize gift distribution points for people on the occasion of September 2. Thanks to that, on August 31, the whole commune completed providing gifts to 5,970 households with 24,479 people.
In Tien An 1 Residential Group, Kinh Bac Ward, all residents (about 1,200 people) in the ward received National Day gifts. The organization was carried out seriously, solemnly and safely by the Residential Group Management Board in coordination with the local police. The list of recipients was extracted from the population data by Kinh Bac Ward Police, ensuring accuracy, publicity and transparency.
Giving gifts is a very meaningful act on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, demonstrating the deep concern of the Party and State for all the people, creating a joyful and united atmosphere on the nation's Independence Day.
According to the instructions, the gift giving will be organized from August 31 to September 1. For those who are absent and have not yet received the gift, the localities will continue to arrange additional payments later. In case of objective reasons, the gift can be received after this deadline but no later than September 15, 2025.
