Mr. Phong (Nam Sach commune) with kidney failure received support of more than 250 million VND.

With the community's support, Mr. Ngo Van Phong (in Nam Sach commune, Hai Phong) with end-stage kidney failure was supported with more than 250 million VND.

Thanh Quang Charity Group and Tam Duc Club called for and organized a visit and donated 97 million VND to support Mr. Phong.

By the morning of July 31, Mr. Ngo Van Phong (born in 2000) in Dong Phan village, Nam Sach commune ( Hai Phong city) had received more than 250 million VND from benefactors.

Phong lost his mother at the age of 10, and his father suffered from mental illness. The father and son depended on the support of relatives. As an adult, Phong became the breadwinner of the family and had to take care of his father, whose mental illness was getting worse. Recently, Phong suffered from end-stage kidney failure, had to undergo dialysis every week, and needed a kidney transplant.

Realizing that Mr. Phong's situation was too difficult and the cost of treatment was beyond the family's ability, Mr. Phong's relatives sought support from the local government. The Culture, Sports and Communications Center of Nam Sach commune received information, learned about Mr. Phong's difficult situation, and called on the community to join hands to help.

Nam Sach Commune Police supported Mr. Phong with 10 million VND.

After nearly a week, by the morning of July 31, Mr. Phong had received 128 million VND from benefactors directly through his personal account.

Thanh Quang Charity Group and Tam Duc Club called for and organized visits and presented a total of 97 million VND to support Mr. Phong. Nam Sach Commune Police presented 10 million VND in support.

Touched and sympathizing with Mr. Phong's difficult situation, people in Dong Phan village, Hao Quan and some benefactors came to give over 30 million VND.

Mr. Phong's family still needs the community's help, both materially and spiritually, to continue treating his serious illness.

The total amount of money Mr. Phong has received as of the morning of July 31 is over 250 million VND.

Relatives also supported Mr. Phong to cover living expenses and treatment costs.
