Accordingly, the training course had the participation of 80 trainees who are officials holding the positions of heads and deputy heads of departments, branches, sectors, socio-political organizations at the provincial level; central enterprises located in the province; secretaries, deputy secretaries, chairmen, vice chairmen of commune-level People's Committees and equivalent positions.
During the 12 days (from October 15 to 30), the students studied and learned 24 topics, focusing on new content on the Party's viewpoints, policies and laws of the Vietnamese State on national defense and security; the Party's viewpoints, policies and laws of the Vietnamese State on building a national defense; a national defense associated with the people's security posture in the cause of building and defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland; results and lessons learned... At the same time, the students will write a final assessment report.
The training course aims to help trainees update their knowledge of national defense and security; grasp the Party's viewpoints, policies and laws of the State on national defense and security to serve as a basis for application in consulting, leading, directing and organizing implementation in each working position, according to assigned duties and responsibilities and in accordance with each agency, unit or enterprise.
