775 new Traditional Medicine, Medicine and Pharmacy doctors to receive graduation degrees in 2025

Of these, 194 students graduated from the Faculty of Medicine; 404 from the Faculty of Traditional Medicine; 177 from the Faculty of Pharmacy. The entire course had 25 students achieving excellent grades in study and training.

Sending congratulations to the new doctors and pharmacists, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Quoc Huy - Director of the Vietnam Academy of Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy shared the difficulties and hardships of the past 6 years with the new doctors, and the past 5 years with the new pharmacists.

He recalled that, in addition to the difficulties of "student life", the students also faced difficulties and challenges and together with the Academy successfully overcame the unprecedented Covid-19 and post-Covid-19 pandemic periods.

Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Quoc Huy emphasized that Medicine is a noble and difficult profession, requiring extensive study, deep knowledge, inheriting the knowledge heritage of famous doctors before, updating new medical knowledge of humanity and knowing how to apply and creatively apply in practice.

“What you have today is just the initial luggage for you to contribute to the community and society. For new doctors and pharmacists, there is also an important stage of pre-professional practice to be able to practice according to regulations. Perhaps the most important result of the university years is knowing that there are still many things we have to learn” - Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Quoc Huy suggested.

The Director of the Vietnam Academy of Traditional Medicine advised students to continue to be brave and enthusiastic to seize every opportunity and take control of their lives. Do not be afraid of difficulties, constantly strive; be passionate, enthusiastic, always have plans to conquer new goals... with the chosen profession, you will have future achievements for yourself, your family and society. Be confident with your knowledge and experience to be ready for your new threshold.

Medical student Ngo Hai An shares on the day he received his diploma.

As one of the students receiving the diploma, Ngo Hai An - Faculty of Medicine, Course IV - confided that the teachers not only imparted knowledge, but also passed on their enthusiasm for the profession to the students. There are lessons that are not in the curriculum, but will follow us for life: perseverance, responsibility and love for the profession.
