As reported by Ha Tinh Newspaper, in the past 2 school years, Ky Anh district has mobilized 44education and administrative officials from the following areas: Ky Van, Ky Tan, Ky Hai, Phong Bac... to schools in the upper Ky Anh area to carry out their duties. Specifically, in the 2023-2024 school year, there were 18 cases and in the 2024-2025 school year, there were 26 cases. Before the policy of dissolving district-level administrative units and merging communes, many teachers really wanted to return to their old units.

Ky Anh district held a meeting to agree on the staffing and number of employees at schools for the 2025-2026 school year. At the meeting, the leaders of Ky Anh district affirmed that for the 44 teachers currently on temporary assignment, the district People's Committee will issue a decision to transfer them to work at their old or neighboring units.
