In the first test held at the Driving Test Center, Asia Vocational College, Nhu Quynh Commune, 523 qualified students were tested and granted Class C driving licenses by the Traffic Police Department of Hung Yen Province. Of the 484 students present for the test, 242 passed the test, accounting for 50%.

According to the assessment of the Provincial Traffic Police Department, the exam was successful with 484/523 candidates attending the exam. Of these, 242 candidates passed the exam. The exam was conducted seriously, and no candidate was disciplined for violating exam regulations.
